215 ounces each can White Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
¼cupextra-virgin olive oil
2Tablespoonsflat leafItalian parsley
1tablespoonfinely chopped fresh oregano
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1teaspoonfinely shredded lemon zest
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend together until smooth. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables or pita bread.
