Ingredients

15 ounce can white beans, rinsed and drained

15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained

fresh red pepper
diced

fresh yellow pepper

fresh green pepper

green onions

For Dressing

red wine vinegar

seeded and chopped

Instructions
Combine white and black beans and chopped tomato in a large bowl. Add red, yellow and green peppers, and sliced green onions; stir gently.
To make the dressing, combine salsa, vinegar, cilantro, jalapeno, salt and pepper in a small bowl, stir. Pour over bean mixture and toss gently.
