Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Spread chickpeas out over a paper towel and pat dry. The dryer the chickpeas the crispier they’ll be.
Remove the outer skins of the chickpeas. You can skip this step, but you’ll get a crispier chickpeas if you don’t!
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, Parmesan, and seasonings. Bake for 43-46 minutes.
