Ingredients

halves canned or bottled pears

cup
olive oil

cup
white wine vinegar

Tablespoons
sugar

teaspoons
ground mustard

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
dried Tarragon leaves
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is emulsified (blended together to bind oil and vinegar).
Store in sealed container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
