I love starting off my day with a lower carb meal, for me personally it reduced my hunger and sugar cravings later in the day, this sweet potato breakfast hash is just the ticket to keep me going strong while a bowl of cereal is going to leave me starving and ready for a doughnut around 10 am. Banana Cinnamon Rolls, WHAT?! Whenever I’ve got brown bananas sitting on my counter my first instinct is to make banana bread.
