I love starting off my day with a lower carb meal, for me personally it reduced my hunger and sugar cravings later in the day, this sweet potato breakfast hash is just the ticket to keep me going strong while a bowl of cereal is going to leave me starving and ready for a doughnut around 10 am. I’m currently obsessed with this easy sheet pan sweet potato breakfast hash! While i’m calling it a “breakfast hash” don’t limit to just breakfast! It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, breakfast for dinner, or even, dare I say, lunch? I’m down to make and eat this any time of day! Banana Cinnamon Rolls, WHAT?! Whenever I’ve got brown bananas sitting on my counter my first instinct is to make banana bread. But one day I started thinking, what if I made a banana bread, like a yeasted banana bread, that you could slice, toast, make into sandwiches, etc. Which then spiraled into what if I made a yeasted banana dough and made them into cinnamon rolls! Growing up, I actually hated syrup on my pancakes. My taste buds have since changed and I now love syrup (my waistline would probably be happier if I didn’t like it!).
